This cozy cottage is in a paradisiacal location amidst the green hills of the Chianti Classico area. A wonderful idyll in which you can relax wonderfully and take a break from everyday stress. There is also the opportunity to book the Cottage Brolio 3F together with the Country House Brolio 2R. These two units are next to each other and together form an independent house for sole use. They each have their own entrances, separate entrances and individually fenced garden areas.

The living space of the cottage is 60 square meters, so that there is enough space for two people and even four people can be accommodated. The spacious living room with dining table and sofa (as a bed for 2 people) has an open, well-equipped kitchen, which is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as an espresso machine and an American coffee machine. Air conditioning is available, as well as digital terrestrial TV and a DVD player. The furnishings are attractive and functional and reflect the typical local style. The double bed in the bedroom can be separated into two single beds.

The cottage also has a shower room as well as a covered, furnished outdoor terrace area and a spacious, fenced private garden where there is also a barbecue facility. Internet access via Wi-Fi is available both inside the cottage and on the terrace and in the garden. Windows and doors have insect protection and pets are expressly allowed. As a special icing on the cake, the landlord invites the tenants of his holiday accommodation to help himself to the vegetables he has grown in the vegetable garden.
