The comfortable holiday apartment Tuscany 3 is quietly and idyllic in the middle of the beautiful Tuscan hilly landscape on the edge of the medieval village terricciola. It is beautifully and comfortably furnished in Tuscan style and is equipped with a modern kitchenette and household appliances.
2 bedrooms and a double bed in the large living/dining room offer space for up to 6 people. The holiday apartment Tuscany 3 is located on the ground floor right next to the Holiday home Tuscany and with direct access to the spacious garden. The Santoni family lives on the first floor.
There are a total of 5 other holiday apartments on the property owned by the family, which are also rented out, 4 of which are in the same building (Holiday home Tuscany), the remaining 1 in a separate house, which is located above the main house in an olive grove (Cottage Tuscany 2).
2 further apartments are occupied by the owners themselves (1 apartment in the main house and 1 apartment in Cottage Tuscany 2)
All guests (including those in the holiday apartment Toskana 3 and the Cottage Toskana 2) use the outdoor facilities of the holiday home “In Toscana”. There is a large swimming pool (6 x 12 meters, maximum depth: approx. 1,40 meters) available in the park-like garden. There is also a covered communal terrace with a stone oven, table tennis and wooden garden furniture, as well as a laundry room with washing machine.
