We had a very nice vacation in your holiday home with the family! And the condition of the domicile corresponded exactly to the description and the pictures. We were very satisfied. Thank you also for extending the pool time, which was actually on September 30.09th. ends. And the linen change after a week was also great.

Condition of the facility/equipment:

Everything was wonderful, the only problem was the relatively small cooking pots for 6 people and for children, 2 large pots would have been good

"We booked at relatively short notice and were looking for something with two dogs, fenced in and a pool. We found Ms. Santoni and her excellent care. A really nice holiday in a really nice holiday home. The service was perfect and we were always helped (we came to Arrived late, the pool had algae formation (this was purely due to the weather and the circumstances of the summer of 2022). We can't complain and we really enjoyed it. Thank you very much."

Recommendation: yes

We were completely thrilled with this accommodation from A to Z.
The process was problem-free, the arrival and handover of the keys was very well organized and the welcome from the owner was very friendly and completely uncomplicated.
Nothing is missing! The equipment was very good and in very good condition, which we didn't expect at all. Our 3 dogs also immediately felt at home and enjoyed the very large fenced garden.
The pool was small but sufficient.

The house is not on a hill. That was perhaps a bit of a downer. You just didn't have the typical Tuscan look.
Another “problem” was the hunt, which took place twice a week. The dogs from the farms in the area sometimes barked all night long.

Nevertheless, we had an unforgettable week in wonderful accommodation!
