If you like the flair and charm of Tuscany, this is the right place for you. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation with our dog. The FH is well equipped and we didn't lack anything. The landlords are very nice and warm. The large pool could be used and was a great way to cool off on hot days. The landlady's cute bistrò should definitely be visited.

Great clean location - great hosts. There is a lot of space and green space. Very family friendly. The pool was clean and there was everything you need for a great vacation. Privacy was taken into account - we had the pool to ourselves for two weeks. Hammock, lounge, terrace, barbecue area, table tennis, football pitch, playground are all available. The area is very beautiful and there is a lot to discover. There are two things to note: A bit remote and you always have to drive a few kilometers to go shopping (16km/20min) etc., but if you like driving in a great landscape you can have fun with it 🙂 Nothing is possible on foot here. If you don't like animals/dogs or like absolute peace and quiet, you should be careful here - dogs, cattle, sheep, horses, ducks and chickens are kept here. The rooster crows in the morning, the sheep like to be active at night or one of the dogs barks. The children thought it was great. A little Jack Russell (loves water) and always came to the pool to play. (The landlord wanted to stop it - but we are dog owners ourselves and thought it was great). In general you can't go wrong here - I would book again

Very nice contact - accepted our privacy. Ferragosto celebrated together with pizza and football with kids.

Beautiful country house with a great pool and a fantastic view. We felt completely at home. Nothing was missing... The family is very warm and runs a very tasty bistro. Definitely try it! We had complete privacy. The booking went smoothly and we could rely on Toscana Forum. Everything was just great, always happy again...

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and had already had nice contact via Whatsapp. The owner later even drove ahead of us to show us the nearest shopping opportunity. Not to mention the delicious freshly laid eggs. Great house with everything you need, you're on your own, the pool was actually a private pool. The welcome from dogs when leaving and returning by car was sometimes a bit tiring. You shouldn't attend a dog concert
disturbing, but as dog owners we didn't think it was that bad.

Recommendation: Yes

After we last year in The Sasa were, which is absolutely recommended if you love solitude and don't need WiFi.

Due to our 30th wedding anniversary, we wanted a little more and what can I say... It was almost perfect. Cute little house with pool, beautiful property, really lovely hosts. What is very important, especially no problem with dogs. What I didn't like at all as an animal lover were the cages behind the property with locked dogs. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out the reason. However, the constant barking during "home stays" that were rare became very dear to your heart. Unfortunately, due to an invasion of previously unknown insects, we had to move halfway through our vacation. No one can be blamed for this, it is simply nature and fortunately no one can influence it. What I just have to get out of the way at this point is that there was an absolutely uncomplicated and quick solution.

Many thanks at this point to Lea and Elisa. The accommodation was fantastic, with a pool and very new and modern. However, unfortunately it is not secluded. Although it's whining on a really high level. Because Chianni has a population of around 1300 people. All of the sights could be reached within a relatively short distance. Special recommendation if you are in Chianni. Bistro Chianni has the best tortelli and gnoochi ever.
