Ms. Ellen is very friendly and she told a lot about the interesting history of this castle. Beautiful towns nearby are: Perugia, Assisi, Città della Pieve, the small village of Spina. Cleanliness of the domicile: Very good! Condition of the facility/equipment: Very good! Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site: Very good! Toscana Forum service: Very good!

Dear Ms. Santoni,
We are back from vacation and have recovered wonderfully despite the bad weather in the first week. The landlords were very friendly, the whole property (and the really solid fencing for the running dog!) with the wonderfully quiet location is a dream. We immediately recommended the house and your site to friends. We were particularly impressed by the towns of Lajatico (Teatro di Silenzio) and Peccioli - art projects everywhere, there was something to discover everywhere. And because of the travel time, we were also able to explore the more touristy places at our leisure and were even lucky with the chocolate market in Volterra. So good!
The only bad luck we had was with the highway. Unfortunately, the new Bip&Go that we got especially for Italy didn't work the entire journey (very frustrating, we love that thing for France), and in Milan the ticket we took out was misprinted without any information, so we couldn't pay anything in Pisa when we left. We have tried to clarify the problem with the companies involved by email, but have not yet received a response from the operator responsible for the exit at Pisa. Let's see. It'll be exciting. But this is not your construction site, but ours.
In any case, thank you very much for the good, nice advice and handling!
We had a great, eventful time.

Perfect for us with a dog, small garden completely fenced in. Walk (morning toilet :-)) for the dog right outside the front door. Two nice bathrooms with toilets, heating worked perfectly. Since it gets dark early in October, a larger TV (and also in the bedrooms) would have been an advantage. Dogs are welcome everywhere. Absolutely no problem in the restaurants. We liked it very much. Cleanliness of the domicile: Very clean Condition of the facility/equipment: Everything was fine, there was a lot of inventory in the kitchen / the TV could be bigger and if there was one in each of the bedrooms it would be perfect. Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site: Very friendly and helpful, asking 1-2 times a week if everything is OK, perfect Toscana Forum service: Very good, quick offer, quick processing, very good information

It was so nice in Terricciola with Elisa and Davide! Breakfast with a view over the Tuscan hills, olive groves and wineries all around. Davide was always available to give us helpful recommendations for the area and gave us a warm welcome. We fell in love with Tuscany, which was also due to the wonderful accommodation. The interior could be a bit more comfortable and homely, but otherwise everything was fine!

We spent 7 wonderful days there. The view of the Tuscany panorama from our terrace was a highlight every day. The pool and the other guests were also very nice, Roberto in particular made our arrival sweeter. From there we visited all the larger cities in the area (Pisa/Florence/Volterra/Lucca) within a maximum of 1:30 hours. David was available or available to us at any time. We would come back at any time and felt we were in good hands. 🙂

Cleanliness of the domicile: great Condition of the facility/equipment: Beds and bathroom were good, the kitchen was a bit sparsely equipped and the sofa was uncomfortable. The cooking/dining/living area could be made a little more homely. The terrace in front of the door could be paved (so some dust always gets in).
