Thank you for the excellent Interview...🫶🏻 the description perfectly captures what we experienced...it was a wonderful Vacation in Gaiole...😘 We think about "our" lake and the little village at least once a week...we'll be back...🤓 Warm greetings from Rosche in Lower Saxony - also from Susanne and Joachim...🫶🏻 But you're very welcome to publish the feedback...and our first names too, if you like...😉 Anika and I are planning when we'll take our vacation in 2027 and when the kids are on school break...🤓 I'll get in touch with you then...have a lovely, hopefully sunny Sunday 🫶🏻

Just a few words to warmly thank you for having selected Chianti Castle in your offer: we have spent a great week in Chianti in this lovely place with a wonderful swimming pool with 180° view on the hills with vineyards, olive and cypress trees.
Accessibility of the apartment was great for my wheelchair and access to the swimming pool was not too difficult although as you told me there was a small step. Again many thanks for having taken the time to look at my special demands one year ago - this was very useful and appreciated.
If you have similar offers with good wheelchair accessibility, I may be very interested for next summer!

The quality of the food is very good, and only with good products can a perfect meal be created.
What made this accommodation and restaurant so special, and ensured our perfect stay, were the people who work there. Not only were the hosts attentive, warm, and friendly, but every single employee, whether gardening, serving, or in the kitchen, treated us that way. This made our stay a perfect holiday. Cleanliness of the domicile: Everything was very clean and the rooms were perfectly cleaned. Condition of the facility/equipment: Nicely and practically furnished, everything is very well maintained. The only thing missing was a door for the shower. This caused a bit of a flood while showering. But that's not a real problem 🙂 Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site: Very friendly landlord and staff Toscana Forum service: Everything worked perfectly, from booking to information about the accommodation and arrival. Even though we didn't use any of your offers, the information you provided was excellent.

Holiday home: Terricciola Estate Holiday period: July 2026 Your comment/rating: It doesn't get more Tuscan than this!!! A fantastic complex with very friendly and helpful staff. The two of us stayed for a week at the beginning of July. We were greeted by Leonardo, who showed us around and explained everything we needed. The welcome was warm, and we felt like we were on holiday from the very first minute. The complex itself is beautifully furnished and in excellent condition. The apartment has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. You don't have to worry about a thing. We will definitely be back!
Cleanliness of the domicile: Daily cleaning ensured the apartment was always very clean. PS: Most of the paths had a gravel surface. Condition of the facility/equipment: The furnishings were functional and in good condition. The kitchen was very well equipped and the fridge/freezer was like new. The shower cubicle was a bit too small, but you get used to it. Service/customer friendliness of the landlord on site: The staff were very friendly and we give them an 11 out of 10! Toscana Forum service: This isn't our first time booking with Toscana Forum and we've never been disappointed 🙂

Dear Ms. Santoni,
Having returned from our holiday, we would like to give you some feedback. Once again, your recommendation for a holiday home (cottage QU2E (Quercia), Country Residence Mugello 2) in Tuscany was a perfect choice for us. Beautifully nestled in the landscape, our small, rustic, and simple cottage was a place where not only we, but also our dogs, felt very comfortable.
The location is fantastic, guaranteeing views of the rolling green hills and the expansive landscape, as well as the absolute peace and quiet one seeks on holiday. The small house where we spent our vacation offers solid, practical comfort for a relaxing break, and the fenced garden is, of course, ideal for dogs who like to roam freely. In addition, there's the swimming pool right outside our door, which provided welcome refreshment on the warm May days.
We can't praise our hosts, Antonella and Alessandro, highly enough. They are the ideal hosts, always friendly and helpful. Even the smallest problems arise, and they find a solution immediately. Every morning we started our day with Antonella's breakfast, which left nothing to be desired, mostly enjoyed outdoors with a view of the stunning landscape. In the evenings, we savored Antonella's culinary skills and must admit they were so outstanding that we'd better not step on the scales for a while. We're happy to pass on the tip to future guests that there's no need to eat in the restaurants of surrounding villages when such varied, delicious, and authentic local cuisine is offered right here.
The holiday here was a wonderful change of pace for our three dogs, too. Farina and Judy, in particular, had an exciting day with the geckos. "Grandma" Diana made a great recovery from her health problems. And when she decided to open a liverwurst treat tube herself and ingested some of the metal, Antonella provided first aid, contacted the vet, and supplied the necessary equipment for the recommended remedy.
In conclusion: We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would like to thank you for the recommendation and support, as well as our hosts for an excellent "time out".

A week in autumn in Tuscany – and I could have stayed forever 🍂🍷. I stayed in a beautiful apartment at the Terricciola winery near Terricciola, surrounded by the typical and therefore wonderful landscape and that very special autumnal stillness. The weather was pleasantly mild, the heated pool perfect for relaxing, and the landscape simply breathtaking in its autumnal colors. And of course: the food! 😋 Pasta with fresh truffles, a glass of wine – what more could you want? Thank you, Elisa, for this recommendation and for making the booking; it was wonderful 😁
