Cancellation conditions: Book without risk
After consultation with “our” landlords in Italy, we can pass on the following cancellation conditions to you, dear customers.
The following special conditions have been agreed to by all landlords for all holiday homes in our portal.
1. In the event of entry bans/bans due to Covid for the destination, you are entitled to a refund of the deposit paid or to a free cancellation.
2. In the event of a travel warning, the landlord will grant you a voucher or rebooking for periods up to the end of the following year.
We were also able to negotiate more extensive cancellation conditions with a number of landlords. Below you will find the list of holiday homes that have also introduced this much reduced cancellation scale. For the respective accommodations, in the “Cancellation conditions | Book without risk”, you will find detailed information about the cancellation scales.
Villa Marti 2
Villa Marti 2 is located in the middle of the Valdarno in the municipality of Montopoli. The surrounding landscape with its rolling hills, bright yellow sunflower and corn fields between olive groves and vineyards is typical of the lower Arno Valley. The rustic building was initially built as a farmhouse in the second half of the 2th century.

Villa Marti 3
After a careful three-year renovation, the respectable, comfortable Villa Marti 3 was created from a beautifully situated former Tuscan farmhouse. The restoration was very elaborate, but always with an eye on preserving originality while at the same time ensuring modern comfort and incorporating new, environmentally friendly techniques.

Villa Marti 4
This attractive holiday apartment is located in the courtyard of a stately villa from the 15th century. It is on the 1st floor of a former warehouse, which has lost none of its impressive architecture after careful restoration. Only three walls were built to delimit the bathroom in the apartment, otherwise the large open space (140 m²) was retained.

The Gaiole 6 water mill is located in a small hamlet right in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, just a few minutes' walk from the well-known town of Gaiole in Chianti. The holiday accommodation is a traditional Tuscan stone house with a well-kept garden. The building was originally a water mill.
