Cancellation conditions: Book without risk
After consultation with “our” landlords in Italy, we can pass on the following cancellation conditions to you, dear customers.
The following special conditions have been agreed to by all landlords for all holiday homes in our portal.
1. In the event of entry bans/bans due to Covid for the destination, you are entitled to a refund of the deposit paid or to a free cancellation.
2. In the event of a travel warning, the landlord will grant you a voucher or rebooking for periods up to the end of the following year.
We were also able to negotiate more extensive cancellation conditions with a number of landlords. Below you will find the list of holiday homes that have also introduced this much reduced cancellation scale. Country house Volterra 2
The country house Volterra 2 is idyllically located in the middle of a park-like garden and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The rustic farmhouse in typical Tuscan style dates back to the 19th century. At that time the building served as a brickworks. On the next property is our own olive oil mill. The house is only 8 km from Volterra. Early bird price: 10% discount.

Country residence Mugello 2
This country residence is located on a hill in a wonderful panoramic position near Vicchio. The green and pristine landscape of Mugello stretches all around with valleys, rolling hills, high mountains in the background and Tuscan cypresses. The view extends far down into the valley to the towns of Caselle, Molezzano and Vicchio. The area is world famous for the Mugello motorcycle circuit, where the MOTO GP takes place. This characteristic, restored mill (180 sqm), converted into a cozy country villa, is located in the hinterland of the Tuscan coast. The sandy beach of Marina di Bibbona is about 20 km away.
